Dear Carousel Florist,

     The volunteer group & I would like to thank you & your  business for the generous

contribution (s) to this year's 5th Annual Madison Hurdle Softball Tournament Fund-Raiser

benefiting the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association (USA).  The mission statement for PWSA is

"Through the teamwork of families & professionals, PWSA (USA) will improve & enhance the lives of

everyone impacted by PWS & related conditions."  I feel this fund=raiser not only generated a lot of

needed funds but also raised the community's awareness of PWSA (USA).

  All of you at your company are to be commended for your generosity.  Thank you again for your
