ABOUT CAROUSEL FLORISTS
For more than 40 years Carousel Florists have served the residents and businesses of Brevard County Florida with the finest in service, quality and value for all their floral needs. Growing from our first store in Rockledge to include 4 other locations in Merritt Island, Cocoa Beach, Titusville and Cape Canaveral, Carousel Florists are able to deliver several times daily to all of Brevard County. We are conveniently located near Wuesthoff, Cape Canaveral, Jess Parish, Holmes Regional and Palm Bay Hospitals as well as all Brevard County Funeral Homes. Our large receiving, processing and refrigerated storage facility in Rockledge allows us to take advantage of volume buying and proper storage of products and pass this savings and quality on to our customers. Many new product lines such as the 100% Soy Bean Pod Candles and original, locally made Grimaldi Chocolate Candies are available at Carousel Florists in addition to our beautiful floral items. BUSINESS HOURS
Our Stores are open from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays. Our phones are answered 24 hours each day 800-729=4531 and 321-456-9988. Or you may place your orders on the web at www.carouselflorist.com.
HOLIDAY HOURS
Our stores are closed on the following Holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
DELIVERY POLICY
A local delivery fee of $9.99 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area this fee may vary.) US orders must be received before 2:00 pm in the recipient’s time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day. Deliveries to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed. We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly at 321-456-9988 or 800-729-4531. We are unable to accept international orders over the internet.
OUT OF BREVARD and INTERNET ORDERS
A wire transfer fee of $9.99 will be added to each order placed for out of Brevard County delivery. A service fee of $3.00 will be added to each internet order placed.
